58th Annual Member Meeting
Our President, Evan Lin, will provide opening remarks and other membership business, followed by a review of the minutes from the January 2020 Annual Meeting by Secretary, Jeff Martinson, and the Treasurer’s Report presented by Treasurer, Ryan Laughlin.
Our guest speaker, Dr. Marc Schaffer, and students will give a presentation on the State of the Economy.
Dr. Marc Schaffer is currently an Associate Professor of Economics and the Dale and Ruth Michels Endowed Chair at St. Norbert College. He is also the Director of the Center for Business and Economic Analysis which is a consulting arm of the Schneider School of Business. Dr. Schaffer completed his undergraduate work at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL., and received a Ph.D. in applied economics from Western Michigan University. Aside from teaching courses in macroeconomics, international finance and money & banking, Marc conducts research on the behavior of financial intermediaries and their impact on economic activity with recent publications in The International Journal of Religion, Applied Economics and Review of Accounting and Finance academic journals.
Dues for the 2021 calendar year are $75.00 and are due on a calendar year basis. If you have not paid your dues by February 28, 2021, the annual Leimberg Service that is provided free to our members will not be available to you. Dues should be made payable to “The Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc.” and mailed to P.O. Box 114, Green Bay, WI 54305.
